Honestly, I was quite nervous about spending this kind of money on a THOW (Tiny Home on Wheels), but I have not regretted it for a second. The home itself is amazing! High quality, very functional, and beautiful. Plus, Clever Tiny Homes was wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend a Clever Tiny Home enough!

I couldn't be happier with my tiny house—it's by far the best real estate investment I've made! I Airbnb it on my ranch in Apple Valley, CA, and it's already fully booked for the next couple of months.

I'm over the moon with my gorgeous and spacious Clever 1 Tiny Home! I placed my deposit on the new model that made its debut at the March 2024 TinyFest in San Diego before even seeing it in person. That was quite a risk for sure, but that's how stoked I was with these diminutive dwellings! The folks at Clever Tiny Homes are the absolute best to work with, as we stayed in communication throughout the whole process from beginning to end. I'm still settling into my luxurious digs, putting my own stamp on my tiny palace--as well as continuing to learn the fine art of downsizing from a 3300 sq ft 3 story brick house to my forever home in the Gold Country of California.

This tiny home is solid, well made, the fixtures and finishings are good quality materials. I love the high ceilings and all of the windows. The materials, craftsmanship and finish are great. I was able to meet Asa at a tiny home show at my local fairgrounds about two months before it was delivered, he was very helpful and easy to work with. Any questions or concerns were taken care of. All in all, a great purchase.
