I'm over the moon with my gorgeous and spacious Clever 1 Tiny Home! I placed my deposit on the new model that made its debut at the March 2024 TinyFest in San Diego before even seeing it in person. That was quite a risk for sure, but that's how stoked I was with these diminutive dwellings! The folks at Clever Tiny Homes are the absolute best to work with, as we stayed in communication throughout the whole process from beginning to end.

Great product at a great price! Communication was great as well. I had been searching for the perfect solution for a tiny home product and so happy I came across Clever Tiny Homes. The design of space is exceptional! Easy to hookup. It is nearly plug and play. Delivery was a breeze. They truly care about their product and offering.

We just received our Clever Tiny Home and are very pleased with it. They delivered exactly what was specified and at the website advertised price, which is very competitive. No surprises. I'm retired after being in the construction business for most of my adult life. The design and materials of the structure are top notch as are the fit and finish. Their contracted transport person was friendly and very skilled maneuvering the unit into place just where we wanted it. Overall, I highly recommend both the product and the company.

Clever Tiny Homes promotes the idea of quality building and they deliver on that promise. The pictures and description on the website are very good, but when you actually step inside for the first time, it is amazing how much space and natural light there is. The high ceiling helps greatly in achieving this effect. Just as important as the quality is, I believe that the tiny house team is equally impressive. All in all, it was an exceptional company to work with. Definitely a 5 star experience.

The interior is gorgeous and well planned. With the high ceilings it doesn't feel Tiny, and with all the standard appliances and equipment, it is ready for multi livable use. The customer service and the owners are the kind of people you wish everybody was like --- they go above & beyond to make sure all the details are taken care of. I am looking forward to working with them again, they helped make our promotion very successful. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

I would recommed this product highly. The process was easy, all our questions were answered, which made the shipping process and the hook up drama-free. Upon arrival we were blown away at how nice the entire home is. The thought into the layout and the quality excceded our vision, especially because we bought this model with out ever seeing it in person!

Amazing option for folks who want a tiny house solution. Modern design, quality materials. It has all the small details you would never think of; plenty of outlets, lots of cabinet space, good lighting, on and on, too many to name, they thought of everything. I think my favorite feature aside from overall aesthetic and generally premium feel (literally down to the hinges) is how spacious and comfortable the bathroom is. As far as set up, the delivery was on point and every little thing top to bottom works perfectly.

I purchased a Clever Tiny Home for our vineyard for Airbnb rentals. It has been LOVED by all of our airbnb guests. The quality of the clever tiny home build is fantastic. Its a modern design on the inside, very comfortable, spacious, and high quality finishes. You get plenty of daylight with all the windows. I have owned this for over a year and have had no problems with anything.

Wow these tiny homes are amazing. Clever is a great name for them. They are so cleverly efficiently designed!. And gorgeous. Best price around for a brand new super lovely tiny home. Plus these people are coming from so much integrity and spirit of generosity, to make things work for you how ever they can. At our riverfront property in Bailey, Colorado, situated at 8,000 feet elevation, we experience a variety of extreme weather conditions—wind, sun, snow, and rain, sometimes all in one day. Despite these temperature swings, our Clever S model ensures comfort with radiant floor heating, a mini-split system, and a refreshing cross-breeze from the windows.

The finishes are top-notch and exude a timeless modernity. Our cleaners also find it easy to maintain, making it a breeze to prepare for each new guest.

Just had the opportunity to tour the workshop here in Ensenada B.C. and I was so thoroughly impressed with the amazing craftsmanship and quality of these tiny homes. Amazing product!

After doing a lot of research I purchased a Clever Tiny Home for my brother-in-law. The model S was perfect, it is all on one floor with plenty of room inside. The materials, craftsmanship and finish are great. I was able to meet Asa at a tiny home show at my local fairgrounds about two months before it was delivered, he was very helpful and easy to work with. Any questions or concerns were taken care of. The process was very easy, and the delivery went very smoothly. All in all, a great purchase.

We live on the Big Island of Hawaii, after researching alot of tiny homes here and on the mainland we found Clever Tiny homes to be the most high end and cost efficient on the market.

We purchased the Clever S and we've got many compliments from the time it arrived at the barge. The barge employees along with the tow truck driver mentioned how well built the home and the trailor is especially after shipping to Hawaii. The electrician also mentioned that they put alot of love in their work after opening the electrical panel. It now sits on a beautiful ocean view property and we absolutely love it!

We recently purchased a Clever Tiny home for ag worker housing on our farm in Northern CA. It took two months to be delivered from order date, communication was excellent and we were able to add all the options we wanted. The entire process was flawless and our farm crew loves it!!!

The Tiny Home is everything we were looking for. The recommended transportation company did a great job with the delivery. The final portion was up a muddy hillside but the guys were able to navigate through and were very professional.

We have the off the grid model; the solar and battery work great! For the price, I think we got a lot of value with high end finishes and accessories. The customer service was excellent. Jonathan and Asa always returned my calls and answered any questions I had and continue to have. Thanks to all at the Clever Tiny Home team!

I almost didn’t choose this company because there wasn’t hundreds of reviews but don’t let that discourage you. I had very high expectations that they completely exceeded. Everyone who has seen this unit in person asks for more details. It’s so beautiful and feels luxurious inside. There is more than enough space and the tall ceilings are the best addition. Asa and his team were helpful through the entire process, I would be happy to work with them again and recommend them to my friends.

Honestly, I was quite nervous about spending this kind of money on a THOW (Tiny Home on Wheels), but I have not regretted it for a second. The home itself is amazing! High quality, very functional, and beautiful. Plus, Clever Tiny Homes was wonderful to work with. Even when I had a few (small) problems, they helped resolve them immediately. I cannot recommend a Clever Tiny Home enough!

What an amazing tiny home this is! We looked at many options before buying, and were glad we chose Clever. Very affordable, efficient and beautiful. We installed it in the west Texas desert about a year ago and it’s perfect, and much cheaper than having built something in such a remote location! Definitely recommend the quality and style, plus their after-purchase costumer service for any questions that arise has been outstanding.

My multi-year search and landing on Clever Tiny Homes was worth it! So far I am loving everything about my CleverS. I really wanted a tiny home that didn’t have that cheap feeling and materials of most travel trailers and other tiny homes manufactured by trailer companies. This tiny home is solid, well made, the fixtures and finishings are good quality materials. I love the high ceilings and all of the windows. It actually feels spacious, which is amazing given how small it is. I keep being pleasantly surprised by the smart storage ares that I am finding. The bathroom has more storage space than most bathrooms in regular homes.

The customer service throughout my purchase, the build, delivery, and now with the occasional question has been and continues to be very good.
